[摘要]目的观察五子生精汤辩证加减联合左卡尼汀、维生素E治疗少弱精子症的临床疗效。方法选择年3月至年12月在医院男性不育科就诊的不育症患者80例，依就诊先后顺序“按不平衡指数最小的分配原则”随机化分入治疗组和对照组。治疗组42例用五子生精汤辩证加减+左卡尼汀口服液、维生素E口服;对照组38例用五子衍宗口服液+左卡尼汀、维生素E口服。疗程均为3个月，观察治疗前后两组患者精液质量参数的变化。结果治疗组治疗前、治疗后精子浓度、前向活动精子差异，均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；对照组治疗前、治疗后精子浓度差异，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗组和对照组治疗后，精子浓度差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论五子生精汤辩证加减联合左卡尼汀、维生素E治疗少弱精子症的临床疗效显著，效果优于五子衍宗，值得进一步推广应用。

[Abstract]ObjectiveObjectiveToobservetheclinicaleffectoffiveziShengjingDecoctionCombinedwithL-carnitineandvitaminEinthetreatmentofoligospermiaandasthenospermia.Method80infertilitypatientswereselectedfromMarchtoDecemberinthemaleinfertilityDepartmentofXingtaiinfertilityspecialisthospital.Thepatientsweredividedintothetreatmentgroupandthecontrolgroupbyrandomizationaccordingtotheminimumdistributionprincipleoftheunbalanceindex.Inthetreatmentgroup,42casesweretreatedwithfiveZiShengjingDecoctiondialecticalplusandminus+levocarnitineoralliquidandvitaminEoraladministration.ThecontrolgroupwastakenorallywithfiveZiYanZongoralliquid+levocarnitineandvitaminEinthecontrolgroup.Thecourseoftreatmentwas3months.Thechangesofsemenqualityparametersintwogroupswereobservedbeforeandaftertreatment.ResultThedifferencebetweenspermconcentrationandpreactivespermbeforeandaftertreatmentinthetreatmentgroupwasstatisticallysignificant(P0.05),andthedifferenceinspermconcentrationbetweenthecontrolgroupbeforeandaftertreatmentwasstatisticallysignificant(P0.05).Thedifferenceofspermconcentrationinthetreatmentgroupandthecontrolgroupwassignificant(P0.05).ConclusionFiveZiShengJingdecoction
